SC-800 Activated Carbon is a high-grade, coconut-shell based adsorbent designed for demanding oil, gas, and petrochemical uses. With a very large surface area (≥880 m²/g) and high iodine value (≥800), it effectively removes VOCs, phenols, hydrocarbons and other organic impurities from gas streams and produced water. Its strong mechanical hardness (≥95%) and low ash content (≤13%) ensure long service life and low dusting in beds and filters. SC-800 is available in multiple mesh sizes (4×8, 8×16, 8×30, 12×40, 30×60) and packed in 25 kg or jumbo bags, making it easy to handle and install. With a density of 450–550 kg/m³, moisture ≤10% and pH 9–11, it is compatible with many process systems and helps plants meet environmental and operational goals.
