Description
S Zorb adsorptive desulfurization technology is one of the core technologies for the production of ultralow sulfur (<10µg/g) clean gasoline. Using NiO-ZnO synergistic technology, S Zorb adsorbent has high
strength, less fines, concentrated particle size distribution, and wide range of application.
While meeting the target of <10µg/g sulfur in gasoline, FCAS-MF also aims to meet the olefin
reduction requirements. Under the condition of ensuring high desulfurization activity, acidic materials
with good synergistic effect with metal active centers are developed to promote the synergistic effect
of metal centers and acid centers, in order to achieve deep desulfurization and olefin conversion in the
production of high-octane clean gasoline.

RAN Series Normal C5/C6 Alkanes Adsorbent
Application
Normal C5/C6 alkanes adsorption and separation units
Description
The high crystallinity A-type zeolite is formed with small amount of silica-aluminum binder, and almost
all the binder is transformed into A-type zeolite by in-situ crystallization technology, which maximizes
the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. Small grain zeolite and less than 1mm adsorbent particle size
effectively improve the internal and external diffusion rate of normal alkanes. RAN series C5/C6 alkanes
adsorbent is for normal alkanes production and non-normal alkanes production from C5/C6 fraction
under a simulated moving bed adsorption process in liquid phase. The normal alkanes could be used
as high quality feedstock for ethylene cracking and the non-normal alkanes could be used as blending
component for high-octane clean gasoline. The commercial result shows that normal alkane product
purity is ≥ 99%, and the yield is ≥ 92%. The operating temperature is between 100℃ and 150℃ , and
the operating pressure is between 1.5MPa and 2.5MPa.
Isomerization Catalyst of C5/C6 Alkanes under Middle Temperature

Description
RISO-B uses modified molecular sieve as active carrier, and loaded with precious metal Pt (or
Pd). The isomerized products have low sulfur, no olefin and benzene, and the octane number
can reach 80 (RON)/78 (MON) (one pass), and 90 (RON)/88 (MON) with separation process. The
isomerization rate of C5 and C6 components in stabilized gasoline can reach 62.9% and 82.5%,
respectively.
RISO-C is a solid superacid isomerization catalyst, using sulphate-promoted nano-grain oxide
as acid component and a small amount of metal Pt as hydrogenation component. RISO-C
has strong tolerance to water, the water content in the raw material can be controlled only
below 10μg/g. The industrial application shows that the isomerization rate of C5 is 74.54%, the
isomerization rate of C6 is 85.12%, and the RON of stable gasoline is 85.3.

Description
Sinopec SCR catalyst has the advantages of large specific surface area, high mechanical strength and
high denitrification activity. With NH3 as the reducing agent, the NOx conversion rate in flue gas can
reach more than 90% at the reaction temperature of 280-420 ℃ and the space velocity of 3000-
12000h-1. The maximum conversion rate of SO2 is less than 1%, and the maximum ammonia escape is
less than 3ppm. It has strong antitoxic capability by using proprietary technology. It can be regenerated
many times after deactivation, and the activity of regenerated catalyst fully meets the requirements. Its
mechanical strength fully meets the requirements under various working conditions. With honeycomb
structure, it has large specific surface area, which is conducive to the diffusion, adsorption and full
reaction of reactants on the catalyst, and less pressure drop. Under normal operating conditions, the
initial service life of the high-ash arrangement of the flue gas of the power plant can reach more than
4 years, and the cumulative life can reach 5 years. For FCC flue gas, the initial service life is 3 years,
and the cumulative service life can reach 7 years.
