Description

BCE-S catalyst is used in Mitsui CX process for long operation, producing high-value-added
products, especially high-class pipes such as PE100, PERC, etc.
BCE-C catalyst is used in Mitsui CX process for producing high-value-added CPE with excellent
comprehensive performance, such as YEC-5515T.


 

BCL-100 Polyethylene Catalyst

Innovene S and Phillips process PE units

 

Description

BCL-100 catalyst is suitable for slurry PE process, widely used in Innovene S and Phillips
processes for long operation. It can be used for producing high-value-added products, such as
PN049-030-122(PE100), PE100 RC, and low VOC small hollow resin products.

Description

BCE-H100 and BCE-H200 catalysts are slurry-feeding PE catalysts, suitable for Hostalen and
Hostalen ACP process for long operation. They can produce various HDPE, especially high-valueadded bimodal and multimodal PE products, such as film grade HM9455F1, 9255, 9252, and
PE100 pipes. (especially high-value-added bimodal PE products, such as bimodal film HM9455F1
and PE100 pipes.)

Description

BSG is a kind of slurry-feeding catalyst, and widely used in gas-phase process for long
operation, to produce wide-density range PE used for injection molding, extrusion molding, and

Description

CM Series Catalyst has the characteristics of good particle shape, high catalytic activity,
narrow particle size distribution, small, adjustable and controllable particle size, and excellent
molecular weight adjustment ability. The catalyst is suitable for the production of UHMWPE. The
technology of CM Series Catalyst is mature and proven in industrial applications in many batch
and continuous slurry PE process units both at home and abroad. UHMWPE products produced
by CM Series Catalyst have unique performance and excellent quality.


 

SCG Series Mg-Ti Polyethylene Catalyst

Application

Unipol and GPE process PE units

 

Description

SCG-1(I) catalyst is a Ziegler-Natta type polyethylene catalyst with productivity of 3000-5000
kgPE/kgcat. It is suitable for dry mode operation, and used to produce LLDPE with narrowmolecular-weight distribution. The polyethylene products can be further used to produce
agricultural mulching film, heavy-duty bags, stretch film, liners, and packaging film.
SCG-1(II) catalyst is suitable for operation in the condensed mode of the production process such
as Unipol and GPE with productivity of 4000-6000 kgPE/kgcat. It is used to produce LLDPE and
MDPE with narrow-molecular-weight distribution. The polyethylene products can be further used
to produce agricultural mulching film, heavy-duty bags, stretch film, liners, packaging film, and
bottle cap material.
SCG-1(III) catalyst is suitable for operation in the condensed mode of the production process
such as Unipol and GPE with productivity of 4000-6000 kgPE/kgcat, which is specially used to
produce high-density injection molding and filament special polyethylene products with narrow-molecular-weight distributio


 

SCG Series Chromium-Based Polyethylene Catalyst

Description

SCG series catalyst is chromium-based with productivity of 4000~6000 kgPE/kgcat. Among
which, SCG-3 is mainly used to produce high-density polyethylene products with mediummolecular-weight distribution, which can be further used to produce military bags and film.
SCG-4 is mainly used to produce linear low density polyethylene products with mediummolecular-weight distribution, which can be further used to produce sheaths of wires and
cables.
SCG-5 is used to produce polyethylene with a wide range of molecular weights. It is mainly used
for the production of blow molding polyethylene such as shipping containers, large containers,
and gas tanks.


 

SLH Series Chromium-Based Polyethylene Catalyst

Description

SLH series polyethylene catalyst is an inorganic chromium catalyst with special SiO2 as the carrier.
The catalyst has been pre-activated. It is a chromium-based catalyst for stable operation in dry and
condensed modes of gas-phase polyethylene processes such as Unipol, Innovene, GPE, Spherilene C,
Spherilene G, etc. Among which,
SLH-211-A, SLH-211-A (P), SLH-211-B, and SLH-211-B (P) have productivity of 6000-12000 KgPE/
Kgcat. They can be used to produce medium-molecular-weight distribution polyethylene resin which
is used for high-density film.
SLH-311-A has productivity of 10000-20000 KgPE/Kgcat. It can be used directly to produce
polyethylene resin with medium-molecular-weight distribution, mainly producing high-density film
used as environmentally friendly and high-quality geomembrane.
SLH-511-A, SLH-511-A (P), SLH-511-B, and SLH-511-B (P) have productivity of 5000-8000 KgPE/
Kgcat. They can be used directly to produce polyethylene resin with medium-molecular-weight
distribution which can be used to produce small hollow products such as chemical bottles, oil
bottles, barrels, cans, plates, etc.
SLH-711-A has productivity of 18000-33000 KgPE/Kgcat. They can be used directly to produce
polyethylene resin with medium-molecular-weight distribution, mainly producing large hollow and
high-strength films such as IBC ton barrels and automobile fuel tanks.


 

SLC Series Mg-Ti Polyethylene Catalyst

GPE, Borstar, Unipol, Innovene G, Spherilene C, Luptec G process PE units

 

Description

SLC-B (25E) and SLC-B (40E) are Ziegler/Natta bimodal polyethylene catalysts, which are
suitable for Borstar process, with productivity of 13000-20000 KgPE/Kgcat. SLC-B (25E) can be
used to produce polyethylene pipe materials, including pressure-bearing pipe materials (PE80,
PE100) and non-pressure-bearing pipe materials. SLC-B (40E) is mainly suitable for polyethylene
products with bimodal molecular weight distribution, used to produce high-density bimodal
super-strength thin films and blow molding materials.
SLC-G (HD) and SLC-G (LD) are Ziegler/Natta catalysts used in the condensed mode of
production processes such as Unipol and GPE. The catalysts are mainly developed for the
requirements of high productivity and stability in the condensed or super-condensed mode of
the gas-phase fluidized bed process. SLC-G (HD) has productivity of 6000-8000 KgPE/Kgcat,
which is mainly used for the production of medium and high density polyethylene products with
narrow-molecular-weight distribution. SLC-G (LD) has productivity of 6000–11000 KgPE/Kgcat,
which is mainly used to produce medium and low density polyethylene products with narrow-molecular-weight distribution.
SLC-I (HD) and SLC-I (LD) are Ziegler/Natta catalysts suitable for Innovene process operating in
a condensed mode. SLC-I (HD) has productivity of 4000-8000 KgPE/Kgcat, which is mainly used
to produce narrow-molecular-weight distribution and high-density polyethylene products. SLC-I
(LD) has productivity of 6000-8000 KgPE/Kgcat, which is mainly used to produce linear lowdensity polyethylene products with narrow-molecular-weight distribution.
SLC-SP2 (HD) and SLC-SP2 (LD) use special SiO2 as carriers and have productivity of
4000~8000 KgPE/Kgcat and 6000-8000 KgPE/Kgcat respectively. SLC-SP2 (HD) can be used
to produce high density polyethylene, while SLC-SP2 (LD) is used to produce medium and
low density polyethylene with a narrow-molecular-weight distribution and melting index of
0.5~50g/10min.
SLC-S, SLC-SFJ, and SLC-SCN are slurry-type Ziegler/Natta catalysts with productivity of
15000~30000 KgPE/Kgcat. They are suitable for the Unipol and GPE process in dry, condensed,
and super-condensed modes of operation. They can produce low, medium, and high density
polyethylene with narrow-molecular-weight distribution. Besides, SLC-SFJ and SLC-SCN are
developed to cope with poisons contained raw materials in coal chemical industry.


 

SLS Series Mg-Ti Polyethylene Catalyst

Application

CX, Innovene S, Spherilene, ADL, Hostalen process PE units

 

Description

SLS-100C and SLC-100H are Ziegler/Natta type polyethylene catalysts and are suitable for CX
process. The catalyst productivity of SLS-100C is 20000~45000 KgPE/Kgcat and that of SLC100H is 18000~45000 KgPE/Kgcat.
SLS-100S catalyst is used to produce HDPE products with bimodal or broad-molecular-weight
distribution, high-molecular-weight fraction with specific comonomer content. It is suitable for
Innovene S, Spherilene, ADL process, etc., with productivity of 20000-30000KgPE/Kgcat. It can
be used to manufacture high-value-added products, especially in the production of high-grade
pipes such as PE80, PE100, etc.


 

Metallocene Series Polyethylene Catalyst

Application

GPE, Innovene G, Lupter G, Spherilene C, Unipol, Borstar process PE units

 

Description

SLCM-100G and SLPM-100S catalysts are suitable for gas-phase process in dry, condensed, and
super-condensed modes of operation with productivity of 10000-13000KgPE/Kgcat. They are used
to produce low, medium, and high density polyethylene with narrow-molecular-weight distribution,
and the final polyethylene product can be used for extrusion molding, tape casting, injection molding,
etc. Polyethylene products can be used to produce cast film, PE-RT pipe, heavy packaging film, rolling
plastic, melt spinning, and other linear polyethylene products.
SMC-EG is a kind of metallocene catalyst for gas phase process with activity of 5000~10000g/gcat. It
can be used to produce wide-density range PE. SMC-EG01 can be used to produce narrow molecular
weight distribution mPE. As while as SMC-EG02 produce easy processing mPE . SMC-EG03 can
produce superior puncture properties film resin.
SMC-ES01/SMC-ES02 are metallocene catalysts for slurry Polyethylene process. SMC-ES01 can be
used in CX slurry process with activity of 10000~15000g/gcat to produce middle to high density mPE.
SMC-ES02 can be used in loop slurry Polyethylene process to produce from low to high density mPE.
