Dimethyl Ether Catalyst
It is alumina based catalyst specially designed for DME production.

Dimethyl Ether Catalyst is suitable for gas phase methanol dehydration to produce dimethyl ether by using fine methanol or crude methanol (methanol synthesis process without distillation separation of products) as feed material according to the chemical equation:
2CH3OH = CH3OCH3 + H2O.

Dimethyl Ether catalyst has been developed to give increasing activity activity, selectivity and heat resistance.

Sock-loading Density: 450-550 kg/m3 depending on loading technique
Crush Strength: 10 kg
Operation Temperature: Process dependent between 240 and 400 °C
Packaging: 100 kg in 200 liter metal drums, 500 kg in 1,100 liter super sacks (IBC flexible)
