Applicable Scope:
VRCC-1 is a bottom cracking catalyst, especially suitable for processing heavy oil with high CCR content.
Design Philosophy:
At present, VRCC-1 catalyst is characterized as follows: firstly, SOY is used as Y zeolite component with higher gasoline selectivity and lower gasoline olefinicity by enhancing bi-molecular reactions; secondly, the matrix used is mesopore modified to improve bottom cracking ability, coke selectivity and metal contaminant resistant ability; thirdly, the catalyst micro chemical environment was well designed by optimizing the active component matching and distribution; and finally, the selectivity of bimolecular reactions and monomolecular reactions are well controlled and hence the product distribution and product quality control can be realized.
