Application

Single loop, double loops, loop combined with gas-phase, and spherizone process PP units

 

Description

DQC series catalyst is a kind of spherical PP catalyst, among which,
DQC301 catalyst is suitable for single loop process to produce homo-polymer;
DQC401 catalyst is suitable for single loop, double loops and loop combined with gas-phase PP
process, for producing homo-polymer, impact co-polymer, binary co-polymer, ternary polymer,
etc.;
DQC601 and DQC602 are suitable for the production of high-impact co-polymer in loop
combined with gas-phase process;
DQC700 can be used in loop processes as well as spherizone process.


 

HR Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Description

HR catalyst is a kind of spherical non- phthalate PP catalyst. It can be used for producing
homopolymer, random copolymer, and impact copolymer. It has been widely used for producing
high performance medical and health non-woven materials, thin-wall injection plastics, high
crystalline polypropylene, high transparent polypropylene, high gloss polypropylene and other
high-end polypropylene production. Especially suitable for high melting flow and high rigidity
products.


 

HA-R Polypropylene Catalyst

Application

Spheripol, ST, Hypol II and other PP process

 

Description

HA-R catalyst is a kind of spherical non-phthalate PP catalyst that has been widely used
producing homopolymer, random copolymer, and impact copolymer. HA-R catalyst can be used
for producing low ash PP (the ash content<20ppm) without washing and deashing process.
It has been widely used for producing high performance film, injection molded polypropylene
products.


 

DQS Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Spheripol, ST, Hypol II and other PP process

 

Description

DQS series catalyst is a kind of spherical PP catalyst, PP produced by which has high molecular
regularity and medium molecular weight distribution. They can be used for producing homopolymer, random co-polymer, and impact co-polymer. The homo-polymer produced by DQS01 catalyst has high breaking elongation and high breaking stress, and has been successfully
used in the production of high strength polypropylene geotextile and high-speed coating film.
The impact co-polymer produced by DQS-02 catalyst has high bending modulus, high impact
strength and high gloss, and has been successfully used in the production of high rigiditytoughness balance products, such as automotive interior and exterior rim parts and home
appliance shells.


 

BCND Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Novolen, Hypol, Unipol and Innovene process PP units

 

Description

BCND series catalyst is a granular-type non-phthalate catalyst, which can be used for producing
food packages, drinking water pipes, and toys. Featured in good co-polymerization performance
and uniform ethylene chain distribution, BCND series catalyst can produce random co-polymer
with low melting point and high transparency with the same ethylene content, or impact co-polymer with high rubber content under the same polymerization condition.

Description

BHD catalyst is a granular-type catalyst with a new type non-phthalate donor. It can be used for
the production of high melting index homo-polymer and co-polymer with excellent performance.


 

BCNX Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Application

Slurry and batch liquid-phase process PP units

 

Description

BCNX series catalyst is a new granular type PP catalyst, which can be used for producing homopolymer, random co-polymer and impact co-polymer. Impact co-polymer produced has good
comprehensive performance, excellent balance of rigidity-toughness.


 

BCZ Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Application

Hypol, Innovene, SPG and Novolen process PP units

 

Description

BCZ series catalyst is a granular-type catalyst which is suitable for bulk and gas-phase process,
among which,BCZ-108 catalyst is suitable for the production of homo-polymer, random and
impact co-polymer with high RCC2(ethylene content in rubber) ;
BCZ-208 is non-phthalate catalyst and used to produce top-grade fiber and high MFI homopolymer and co-polymer;
BCZ-308 is non-phthalate catalyst and applied for producing PPH, PPR and PPB pipe materials
as well as high melt strength PP.


 

BCM Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Application

Horizone, Innovene, Novolen, and other PP process

 

Description

BCM series catalyst is a sphere-like (spheroidal) catalyst especially suitable for gas-phase
process, among which, BCM-100 and BCM-300 (non-phthalate)catalysts are suitable for the
production of homo-polymer, random and impact co-polymer (rubber content ≦ 35%);
BCM-200 catalyst is used to produce ultral-high rubber content (~50wt%) impact co-polymer;
BCM-400 is non-phthalate catalyst and can used to produce top-grade fiber and high MFI
homo-polymer and co-polymer;
BCM-500 is non-phthalate catalyst and can used to produce PPH, PPR and PPB pipe materials
and high melt strength PP.


 

BCU Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Application

Unipol PP process

 

Description

BCU series catalyst is a sphere-like (spheroidal) catalyst including phthalate product BCU-100
and non-phthalate product BCU-300. BCU catalyst is especially suitable for fluidized bed units
such as Unipol through the control of fines, bulk density and size of powder. The content of
fines is 50% less than that of common commercial catalyst; The bulk density of powder can
be adjusted between 0.30-0.43 g/cm3 to meet the requirements of the unit. BCU catalysts are
suitable for the production of homo-polymer, random and impact co-polymer.


 

SAL Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Application

Innovene and Horizone process PP units

 

Description

SAL series catalyst has been widely used to produce homo-polymer, random, and impact copolymer, which is especially suitable for the production of impact polymer. It can solve the
problem of sticky powder and agglomerate ensuring the long-term operation.


 

Metallocene Series Polypropylene Catalyst

Application

ST, Spheripol, and other batch or continuous bulk process

 

Description

SMC-PL series are metallocene based catalysts for polypropylene. SMC-PLs are suitable for
producing homo or random propylene polymer with high melting temperature and wide MFR
range. The metallocene polypropylene can be used for film, injection molding, fiber, non-woven,
medical or food package, and etc.
