COKC Catalyst is a bottom cracking catalyst.
Design Philosophy:
COKC series catalyst adopts new generation structure optimized zeolite SOY-8 molecular sieve as main active component, which is prepared by further modifying ultra-stable zeolite with the technology of cleaning of pores. SOY-8 molecular sieve has lower Na content, less non-framework aluminum, unblocked channel, higher thermal and hydrothermal stability. Meanwhile, it has excellent coke selectivity, high accessibility of active sites and strong cracking ability to heavy oil. In addition, COKC series catalyst adopts large pore alumina as matrix to enhance bottom cracking ability and improve selectivity.
