Description
The catalyst with W-Ni or Mo-Ni has high activity, selectivity of middle distillate oil and good
stability. It is applicable to fixed-bed hydrocracking and hydro-upgrading processes for medium
and high pressure processes of VGO and diesel distillates. It can maximize the middle distillates
yield. Thanks to the high adaptability of feedstock, it can maximize the production of clean diesel
and high-quality jet fuels that are difficult to be obtained by secondary processing methods
from heavy distillates with high sulfur and high nitrogen content. When the tail oil full recycle
operation is adopted, the middle distillate yield is more than 75%, of which the jet fuel yield is
not less than 45%.


 

FC Series Flexible Distillate Hydrocracking Catalyst

Description
With modified molecular sieves as the main cracking component, it is suitable for medium or
high pressure one-stage and two-stage processes, it can flexibly produce naphtha, jet fuel and
diesel. When using a once-through process, the yield of chemical raw materials (light and heavy
naphtha + cracked UCO) is more than 85%. When the full recycle operation of hydrocracking
UCO is adopted, the yield can reach 60%-65% with middle distillate scheme. With chemical raw
material scheme, the total yield of target products can reach 60%-65%.


 

FC Series Light Distillate Hydrocracking Catalyst

Description
With low active metal content and modified Y-type molecular sieve as main HC activity
components, the catalyst features in strong hydrocracking activity, excellent selectivity to heavy
naphtha, excellent nitrogen resistance, excellent hydrogenation performance, low hydrogen
consumption and excellent applicability to feedstock. Suitable for medium or high pressure onestage and two-stage processes, it can maximize the yield of chemical raw materials. By tail oil
full recycle operation, heavy naphtha yield is more than 70%, which can meet the demand for
high-quality catalytic reforming raw materials to the greatest extent.


 

FC Series Hydro-Upgrading Catalyst

Description
With low active metal content and modified Y-type molecular sieve as main HC activity
components, the catalyst is suitable for inferior diesel hydro-upgrading reaction. The inferior
catalytic diesel can be selectively hydrogenated and ring-opened to produce high octane
gasoline components with high added value or raw materials with high aromatics potential,
while the by-product is clean diesel blending components. It is suitable for the hydro-upgrading
process for inferior FCC diesel under medium pressure or high pressure conditions to produce
high octane gasoline. With strong hydrocracking activity and comparatively weak hydrotreating
activity, the gasoline yield is about 35-55%, gasoline octane number is not less than 90, diesel
cetane number can be increased 10-30 units.


 

RHC Chemical Feedstock Oil Hydrocracking Catalyst Series

Application

Description
They are suitable for medium or high pressure operation with one-stage and two-stage process,
which can maximize chemical feedstock production. RHC-210 can produce high quality heavy
naphtha with stable high selectivity in long-term operation. By-products are high quality jet fuel
and tail oil, the latter is a high quality feed for cracking unit. RHC-210F can produce more heavy
naphtha and jet fuel with lower H2 consumption. RHC-5 has obvious temperature raising effect,
even blended with poor quality feeds such as CGO, high density catalytic diesel, etc.
The single operation cycle of the series can reach 5 years. The commercial case is more than
8 units.


 

RHC Flexible Hydrocracking Catalyst Series

Application

Description
The catalyst is suitable for medium or high pressure one-stage and two-stage process
hydrocrackers to produce low sulfur and low aromatic diesel and high quality chemical and
lubricant feedstock. The RHC-3 application can be flexibly switched among high yield of heavy
naphtha, middle distillate and high quality tail oil. It has high selectivity of converting aromatics
and cycloalkanes to light fraction from the heavy or inferior feedstock, which enables the
production of tail oil with low BMCI leading to more ethylene or propylene for the downstream
cracking units. RHC-220 has better product quality than RHC-3, the BMCI of tail oil decreases
by 1.0-3.0 unit. The cetane number can reach more than 70 and the PAH is less than 1.0% when
diesel is the target product. It can be loaded at the top bed to maximize the yield of middle
distillates or at the bottom bed to gain high-quality chemical feedstock and jet fuel. The single
operation cycle of the series can reach 5 years. The commercial cases are more than 15 units.
