Description
RS-1 is a catalyst with Ni-W as the active component and alumina as the carrier. It has a unique
composition structure which is suitable for an optimized process to treat reforming feedstock
under high space velocity. It is characterized by good hydrogenation performance, high
hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activity, weak aromatic saturation performance
and high mechanical strength. It can also be used in the hydrotreating of naphtha blended with
coker gasoline.
RS-40 is using Co-Ni-Mo as the active component with additives. By selecting a suitable carrier
and optimizing the manufacturing process, the catalyst activity and stability are improved and
a high hydrodenitrogenation activity under high space velocity and an excellent adaptability to
different feedstocks with good stability have been proven.

Description
RSDS series catalyst has high desulfurization activity, low olefin saturation activity, low aromatic
saturation activity, good selectivity and good stability. The catalysts can minimize olefin
saturation rate in the hydrodesulfurization process, while improving the hydrodesulfurization
activity and reducing the reaction temperature. With low octane number loss under deep
hydrodesulfurization conditions, it can meet the needs of producing clean gasoline with sulfur
content no more than 10µg/g and with a single cycle life of more than three years.

Description
RSS-2 catalyst is the new generation Ni-Mo jet fuel hydrotreating catalyst for removing
mercaptan and other sulfur species from jet fuel and improving the color and the smoke point
of the product conforming to No. 3 jet fuel specification. The appropriate carrier size improved
the accessibility to the active center. The optimized molecular structure of metal precursors
and special preparation techniques significantly increased the hydrodesulfurization and
hydrodenitrogenation activity of the catalyst under the mild operating conditions. Aiming at the
characteristics of mercaptan removing of jet fuel under low pressure, the optimized selection
of carrier, additives, metal atom loading content and preparation method was carried out, the
hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activity were higher.

Description
RIC series catalyst is designed to improve the cetane number of inferior diesel fraction (especially
the light cycle oil from FCC unit) and decrease the density of diesel fraction. The series catalyst
has high aromatic saturation activity, selective ring-opening activity, high hydrodesulfurization
and hydrodenitrogenation activity as well as high diesel yield.
The catalyst is used to upgrade the quality of the inferior diesel fraction, which can improve
the cetane number of diesel, decrease the density of diesel and produce clean diesel with
S ≤ 10ppm. It can be used not only as hydrotreating catalyst in the one-stage hydroprocessing
process but also as hydrocracking catalyst in the two-stage hydroprocessing process.

Description
RS-2100/RS-2110 catalysts are Ni-Mo type catalysts with high HDS activity, good
hydrodenitrification activity and good aromatics saturation performance, which can improve the
cetane number of diesel fuel and are suitable for medium and high pressure hydrogenation units
with secondary processed diesel fuel in the feedstock. RS-2200 catalyst is Co-Mo type catalyst
with low hydrogen consumption and good direct hydrodesulfurization activity, which are suitable
for low pressure and straight-run diesel fuel-based hydrogenation units. RS-3100 achieves better
diffusion with carrier preparation and high stability of ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization and PAH
deep saturation performance.RS-3200 is new generation CoMo-type catalyst with superior
activity and stability for the production of ultra clean diesel with latest standard. RS-3200 is
suitable for treating SRGO blended with less than 20% secondary processed diesel fuel under
low pressure and medium pressure.

RN-32 (including RN-32V), with Ni-Mo-W as the main active component, has excellent
hydrodenitrogenation, hydrodesulfurization and aromatics saturation activities. RN-410, with NiMo as the main active component, has excellent hydrodenitrogenation and hydrodesulfurization
performance. They are suitable for hydrotreating of vacuum gas oil (VGO) including HVGO,
mixed with deasphalted oil (DAO) or coker gas oil (CGO), etc. They can be applied to FCC
feedstock and hydrocracking feedstock. High quality feedstock can be obtained under moderate
conditions.RN-510 the latest catalyst, with Ni-Mo as the main active component, has excellent
HDS, HDN performance, higher stability and lower density.

Description
FH-40 Series catalyst is a new generation distillate hydrorefining catalyst for processing

bulk density and wide applicable range of feedstock. FH-40 Series is suitable for light distillate,

FHUDS series is a selection of diesel ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization catalysts developed with

FCC Pretreatment
Description
FF series catalyst uses modified aluminum oxide as carrier and its purpose is to reduce the
content of impurities in the feedstock and improve its product property and crackability.
The main chemical reactions that occur are demetallization, carbon residue removal,
hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrogenation and aromatic saturation. It can be used for
pretreating FCC feedstock and hydrocracking feedstock. FF series catalyst can increase FCC
conversion rate and target products yields. Compared with competitive catalyst, its operation
temperature can be reduced by more than 10˚C.

Description
RAs and FDAS-1catalyst are designed as arsenic trap, which is widely used in naphtha
hydrotreating unit. RAs-3 has the following features: high arsenic removal activity, high arsenic

less than 1 ppb.

Description
FHRS and RSi-1 catalyst are a selection of hydrogenation silicon trapping with high activity and
excellent silicon tolerance for hydrorefining coker naphtha. The result of industrial application
shows that the catalyst can decrease the temperature at reactor inlet, reduce feedstock
spontaneous coke formation and carbon deposition on catalyst to prolong unit operation cycle.
The silicon tolerance of the catalyst is four times that of other hydrorefining catalysts. And the
operation cycle of using the catalyst together with other bulk catalyst is two to three times that
of using the hydrorefining catalyst alone.
